Hi, I'm Joshua. Most coaches give you a program. I give you a mirror.
The people I work with aren't short on motivation. They're parents with packed days, teachers and artists, and people with demanding jobs who have tried the apps and the programs. What was missing was someone who could talk about movement, food, mindset and the rest of their life in the same conversation, without judgment, and help them build a week that holds it all.
I make the complex simple, and the hard things feel like play. The body changes. Who you believe you are changes first.

Three things you are working on, and the one system change that makes each one automatic. They do not have to be about health.

Three steps. The first one is free.
- STEP 01
Book a free call
Thirty minutes on video. Tell me what's been in the way: time, know-how, cost, an old injury, or just falling off. You leave with a clear next step either way.
- STEP 02
We build your plan together
A movement assessment, your priorities and routines, and a calendar on your phone that shows what to do next.
- STEP 03
You live it. I stay in it with you.
Live sessions every week, plus messages in between. When a week goes sideways, we adjust the plan instead of starting over.
Steady progress, without needing a perfect week.
- Stronger every week, and you can feel it
- You know what to do when you walk into the gym
- Dinner is planned before you're hungry
- A bad day stays a bad day
“I feel like I've become so confident with weight lifting, when I started with no experience at all. You have a really comforting and friendly quality that makes it easy to try new things without feeling intimidated.”
“He quickly pinpointed that my struggle was with consistency. So, he adjusted the strategy to focus on achievable short-term goals, created a system to keep me in check, and guided me towards healthier habits that actually stick.”
“My goal was simple: to carry my groceries up the stairs leading to my apartment without getting winded. 50 workouts in and I've blown past that goal.”

What people ask before they start
How does coaching work if it's all virtual?
We meet on live video. I watch your movement, cue your form and adjust the session as we go. Between sessions, your program lives in the coaching app and your calendar.
I have an old injury. Can I still do this?
Usually, yes. Every program starts with a movement assessment, and corrective exercise is built in. For anything medical, we work alongside your doctor or physical therapist.
I'm busy. How much time does this take?
In Core, two 30-minute sessions a week, plus whatever we schedule together on your calendar. The plan is built around your week, not the other way around.
I've never worked with a coach. Is this for me?
Yes. Plenty of my clients started with no idea how to use a gym or plan a week of meals. We go at your pace, and you'll never be made to feel behind.
I travel a lot. What happens then?
Sessions are on video, so they come with you. We plan the busy weeks ahead of time, so a trip doesn't mean starting over.
Is there a contract?
A three-month minimum, because that's how long it takes for routines to start running on their own. After that, it's month to month.
What happens on the free call?
We talk for 30 minutes about your goals and what's been in the way. If coaching fits, I'll recommend a tier. If it doesn't, you still leave with a clear next step.
You already know who you want to be.
Let's close the gap.
